When Barack Obama entered the White House, the average price of a gallon of gasoline was $1.85.\u00a0 Today, it is <a title=\"$3.59\" href=\"http:\/\/gasbuddy.com\/gb_retail_price_chart.aspx?time=3\" target=\"_blank\">$3.59<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>22<\/strong> &#8211;
