And to those FOOLS telling me the military and government fight for MY freedom; NO ONE fights for my freedom but me.
When I was growing up and got jumped countless times because I stood my grounds and spoke up for myself and used my freedom of speech, I was the one that fought for MY freedom NOT the military or the government. When I got my ass beaten and thrown in jail by corrupt cops for voicing my free opinion, I paid the price for that free opinion NOT the military and not the government who didn’t do shit to protect me. When I went speeding and racing around on my motorcycle in freedom, it was ME that paid the price for exercising my freedom NOT the military. When I got robbed it was me that defended myself and my freedom NOT the military and not the government!
Additionally, most do not join the military to fight for freedom as many of you claim, I know this very well because when I was in highschool, and infinitely more naive and less informed, my friends and I, along with most of the other so called ‘underprivileged’ kids, all signed up for the military [ultimately I never went because of unforeseen circumstances which left the contract void] cause it was a way out, a way to do something with our lives. In fact, recruiters target the so called ‘lower’ class for this very reason.
I never asked for a military or a government, reflecting back on my journey, I have stood on MY OWN TWO FEET MY ENTIRE LIFE as COUNTLESS others have too and whoever wants to come after my freedom are welcome to TRY, and while you are free to be their cheerleaders I am free to tell them to kiss my ass because they don’t fight for my freedom they fight for imperialism, oppression and the expansion of empire.
Of course things are also not simply one dimensional, several of my best friends are/have been in the military and they never did anything unethical and the military actually helped them to develop their character but this means nothing when considering the death, destruction and oppression that the military ultimately dishes out across the globe.
And the meme never blamed any of the soldiers who are victims in their own right, it simply points out that they are being used, and so long as you BLINDLY support them and glorify being a soldier YOU are contributing, albeit indirectly, to their pain and suffering, along with their families, as well as innocent people all over the world.
In short WAKE UP JACK!
